Supervised Parenting Time
Hourly rate $65.00
We require a deposit of two visits.
We offer sliding scale and reduced fee options based off yearly income.
A fee structure is given once income is determined.
Mediation
Hourly rates are based on income.
We offer sliding scale and reduced fee fee options. We require a deposit of 4 hours of mediation at the hourly rate.
We also offer flat fee rates based on case.
Parenting Coordination
Hourly rates vary on income.
A deposit is due prior to the start of services from both parties or pursuant to the court order. Deposits are 5 hours of Parenting Coordination at the hourly rate.
We offer sliding scale and reduced fee options.
Guardian ad Litem
Hourly rate is $100.00 per hour.
We offer sliding scale and reduced fee options based off yearly income.
We require a deposit of $500.00 from each party.
We also offer flat fee rates based on case.
